UniPlan is a free educational tool that helps students explore UK university courses and match them against their A-Level grades.

IMPORTANT: UniPlan is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UCAS or any UK university. We aggregate publicly available data but make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or currentness.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

Accuracy of course data, entry requirements, or any other information
Completeness of subject requirements or contextual offer information
That meeting published requirements guarantees admission to any course
That our "Safe", "Target", and "Reach" categorizations are accurate predictions
That data reflects the current application cycle (requirements change annually)

4. User Responsibilities

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Checking subject requirements, which may not be fully captured in our database
Understanding that admission depends on many factors beyond grades (personal statement, references, interviews, etc.)

6. Data Sources

UniPlan aggregates data from publicly available sources including university websites and course listings. We are NOT the original source of this data and make no claims of ownership. All rights to course information belong to the respective universities.

7. Affiliate Partnerships

UniPlan may earn commissions from partner services (such as Spires tutoring) displayed on the Resources page. These partnerships help keep UniPlan free to use. We only partner with services we believe provide value to students.

8. Intellectual Property

The UniPlan website design, code, and original content are owned by UniPlan. Course data belongs to the respective universities. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce UniPlan's database or website design without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
